About the room
Founded by Dana Whitfield in 2017 after eleven years behind other people's chairs. We cut dry so you see the shape you're leaving with, we price by time rather than by gender, and we'll tell you honestly when a colour needs two sessions instead of one.

Questions
- Do I need a consultation before colour?
- For anything involving lift, yes — fifteen minutes, free, and it stops surprises on the day.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Cuts usually a week or two; balayage with Dana is typically three to four weeks out.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
- Twenty-four hours' notice, otherwise we charge half the service. It's a four-chair room, so gaps hurt.
