## 2. Bookings and purchases
Bookings made through this site are requests only until confirmed by Fold Salon. Purchases of vouchers, packages, or other sellable items are completed on the merchant's own external checkout; Fold Salon (not the platform) is the seller.
## 3. Payments
Where a "Buy" link is provided, you will be redirected to the merchant's chosen payment provider. The platform does not process, hold, or settle any payment.
## 4. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund policies are set by Fold Salon. Please contact them directly at front@foldsalon.com.
## 5. Service Availability & Liability
This site and its underlying services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fold Salon makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and does not guarantee any specific uptime or availability level unless separately agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fold Salon shall not be liable for any downtime, interruptions, data loss, or failures arising from third-party infrastructure and services the platform depends on (including but not limited to hosting, database, CDN/DNS, payment processing, and email delivery providers), or from causes outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Fold Salon for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this site shall be limited to the total fees paid by you (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Fold Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under EU or Italian consumer protection law (for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury).
