# About The Long Room Kitchen
A thirty-eight seat room on Clanbrassil Street serving a short menu that changes with what the growers and the boats send us. The fire does most of the work: Cooley lamb, day-boat fish from Clogherhead, vegetables from Ballymakenny. The wine list is small, mostly low-intervention, and every bottle is available by the glass on Wednesdays.
