Everything about the €250 build

How long does the €250 build take?
3 working days from the moment we have a complete brief and your assets. The clock starts when the specs form is submitted and the logo, photos and text you want used are with us — not at the moment of payment. If the call is the starting point, it starts the working day after the call.
How many changes are included?
Up to 5 change requests after handover, included in the price. You don't need to book a call or ask permission — send them by email to sales@urlifly.com whenever you spot them, and we apply them. Beyond five, or for a full redesign of a page, we quote separately before doing anything.
What counts as one change?
One discrete edit: swap a photo, rewrite a paragraph, change a price, adjust a colour, add a section. A list of ten line-edits sent in one email counts as one change request if it's one pass over the site — we're not going to nickel-and-dime a typo list. Rebuilding a page from scratch is not a change.
What's included in the first year of Premium?
Everything on the Premium plan for 12 months from the day your site goes live: your own custom domain connected, the 'Powered by Urlifly' badge removed, editable SEO title/description/canonical, checkout links on your items, and priority email support. After 12 months it renews at the normal rate (€14.90/month or €149/year) and you can cancel any time from the billing portal.
What do you need from me?
A logo file if you have one (SVG or a high-resolution PNG is ideal), any photos you own the rights to, your address, phone, opening hours, and the list of services, dishes, rooms or products with prices. Anything you can't supply, we'll write or source a sensible placeholder for and flag it.
I don't have a logo or photos. Is that a problem?
No. We set a clean typographic wordmark from your business name and use licensed stock imagery that fits your trade. If you later get a photoshoot done, swapping the images in is one of your included changes.
What happens if my specs are incomplete?
We start with whatever you've given us and email you one consolidated list of the gaps — usually prices, hours or the about text. The 3 working days clock pauses while we wait and restarts the working day we get your reply. Nothing is charged again, and nothing is silently invented: unanswered items are drafted as clearly-marked placeholders for you to approve.
What if I go quiet after paying?
We hold the order open for 90 days and chase you twice. After that we publish whatever we can from what you gave us, hand it over, and your Premium year starts. You can still use your change requests when you resurface.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The content, the domain and the copy are yours. The site is hosted on Urlifly, and if you ever leave, the domain and all your text and images go with you.
Can I get a refund?
Orders are processed by Stripe and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies. If design work has already been delivered we'll discuss it fairly — see the refund policy for the detail.
